Shine's Cricket Squad, for Year 3&4 children who want to be part of a club. The Shine coaches will be developing players through batting, bowling and fielding in order to play a summer of competitive fixtures in the Bristol Youth Cricket League. The Under 9's will play Super8's, an 8-a-side soft ball version of the game.
Secure your place via Direct Debit or pay in full. Your subs include the following:
- Training Sessions or matches from January - July.
Thursday 9th January - Thursday 3rd April: Indoors at the Shine Sports Hall, Henleaze, BS9 4DT from 18:00-19:00. - Matches from April - July. Tuesday 22nd April - Tuesday 15th July: Outdoors at the Shine Sports Ground, Horfield, BS6 7XW.
Competitive fixtures in the Bristol Youth Cricket League. Match times will usually be at 17:50 but will vary depending on the dates and opposition. Home matches will usually be at home at the the Shine Sports Ground on Tuesdays. All notifications of times and locations will be through the match app, SPOND. - Matchday Kit - Includes an ‘Official Kukri Shine Sixers’ shirt (given in April ready for the outdoor training and matches). We ask you wear this with navy shorts or trousers please.

Additional Details
The squad will be playing soft ball cricket in the Bristol Youth Cricket League Super 8's.
Technology: We may use 'Ludimos' video technology within our coaching sessions. The software allows us to video the players on a company owned tablet in order to analyse different aspects of their game. Any data collected will only be used for training purposes within the squads. Booking assumes you are agreeable to this. Please email [email protected] with any questions or queries.
Further Information
- Squad places are limited and bookings are made on a first come/first served basis.
- Shine’s professional coaching team are qualified, DBS checked and fully insured.
- This activity is available to children from any school, provided they are of the correct age group.
- Refunds for missed sessions are only available for sessions cancelled by Shine.
- No session in school holidays w/c 17th February, w/c 7th or 14th April, w/c 26th May.
