Hockey Development Squad U9 (Years 3 & 4)

Giving hockey the place it deserves in junior sport

A brand new development squad led by Coach Beth, who plays International Hockey for Wales!

Based at the Shine Community Sport Ground, BS6, the focus for children in Year 3&4 will be on participation.  Lots of touches and game time as well as skills and drills to develop in hockey and interpersonal skills associated with playing team sport such as teamwork, communication, friendship.

We can provide a hockey stick for the session if you don't have one but you will require a gum shield and shin pads to play.  We already have a hockey festival in the planning for children to simply get involved and play hockey, this is a very exciting new development squad.
