Coach Tom and his team will be running this NEW CLASS weekly starting from Saturday 4th January to kick off your New Year Fitness resolutions. We welcome men and women to this intensive but sociable Boot Camp, which uses equipment such as boxing, ropes and tyres in the Sports Hall with our trainers to get the most of your hours training. This class is bookable weekly, no need to sign up for a series of sessions as we know your plans change, however we do offer a discount for booking online so we know to expect you.
We are unable to allow children to come to this session
These popular sessions offer adult participants a sociable and positive experience and are lead by Shine's friendly and enthusiastic fitness instructors!
We would request children are not brought to this session. Due to the equipment being used, we cannot assume their safety.
