Creative Extravaganza(Reception to Year 6)
A fantastic day of creative fun and variety
Bradley Stoke Community School
Children are invited to let their imaginations run wild with Shine’s creative team, who are brewing up some spooky fun! Boys and girls can join us on a colourful, Halloween-inspired adventure, filled with art workshops and group projects both indoors and outdoors. From eerie crafts to mysterious creations, there’s a cauldron of activities to choose from! This day of creativity will involve plenty of tricks, treats, and artistic thrills!
The Shine day finishes at 3:30pm, but you can book your child to stay on at Shine until 5.55pm if you need extended childcare. We have 2 options:
- Late Pick Up until 4:45pm - Add on Late Pick Up when you book. Snacks are not provided but children are welcome to eat any snacks they have with them.
- Snack & Chill from 4:45pm until 5:55pm - Add on Late Pick Up AND Snack & Chill when you book. Snacks are provided in this session. This will generally be a quieter time for children after their long holiday club day.

- We will go outside for part of the day, so please bring a coat just in case.
- Packed lunch, drinks and snacks for the day. Shine endeavours to be a nut free organisation and request no products containing nuts or traces of nuts are brought in their snacks/packed lunches.

Activity Details
The Shine Creative group will be guided through a day of art choices, Shines experienced, supportive staff who will deliver a series of art based workshops and creative choices. Although many of the activities will be based indoors the Shine team will encourage the boys and girls to move outdoors to get some inspiration from nature and the fresh air when the weather is fair.
Children will get the opportunity to enjoy themselves through a wide range of different activities during the day including:
- Junk Modelling
- Inspiration in Nature
- Seasonal Art Competition
- Free Choice Art
- Building with Lego
- Urban Art
- Fun with food
Please note that the content of a typical Shine Creative day is partially dictated by the weather and the time available. So, whilst we can guarantee that there will be lots of fun and enjoyment each day, we cannot promise any specific activity on any given day.
