Shine's Snack & Chill provides a reliable, well-organised service for Cotham Gardens school parents who require extended childcare for the period following their child's after school activities.
Reception and Year 1's at the Elmgrove Site must be booked onto a Shine club to then stay on for Snack & Chill. Shine staff are unable to collect children from the Elmgrove site following school run clubs.
There will be a selection of snacks including: crackers, rice cakes, sweet or savoury biscuits, fresh fruit, raisins, raw veg such as cucumber and carrots. Children can also bring snacks from home if you wish, no nuts please.

Further Information
- Walking Bus: All Shine Clubs take place at Cotham Grove site. Booking assumes you give permission for Shine staff to walk your child based at the Elmgrove site during the day, to Cotham Grove for their Shine Club. Please collect your child/ren in all years from the Cotham Grove site.
- Please note if your child has an allergy you MUST inform us via your child’s attendee details. We can provide alternatives to these foods if you contact us first.
- Our cancellation and amendment policy requires 6 days notice to receive a credit or refund.
- Please note that places are limited and bookings are made on a first-come/first-served basis.
- Shine’s staff are DBS checked, first aid trained and fully insured.
- Your child/children must be signed out at the end of every session.
- Booking is essential.
