This is a parent and child session, so parents are required to participate in the session with their child. As a parent or carer, you are involved in helping your children around the equipment, in a fun and social environment.

Activity Details
ShineTots Gymnastics sessions take place in the friendly and safe surroundings of Shine Community Sports Hall and is the ideal introduction to gymnastics that are suitable for boys and girls of pre-school age. Children are introduced to the basic skills found in gymnastics such as;
- Agility
- Balance
- Co-ordination
