Performing Arts Club(Years 2 to 6)

Due to the great success and enjoyment of creating scene's from our favourite stories the Performing Arts Club would like to invite more children to join them in bringing to life a live action performance of Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone.
Join Harry in the secret world of witches and wizards and meet a bizarre and fantastical bunch of people and beasts.
Children will rehearse this show over two terms and perform the show in term 6. It is important that children fully commit to this club by Term 6 so that rehearsals can run smoothly to the lead up to their performance.
Every child receives a script and the opportunity to devise and create their own dialogue and scenes with the help of their performing arts coach. There will be riddles, spells, broomsticks, a three headed dog called fluffy and a whole lot of magic! As well as many backstage roles to help organise and help ensure the show runs smoothly.
These sessions are designed to bring the very best out of everyone and unlock their potential. Building confidence, enriching imaginations, learning new skills and building friendships.
There will also be filming making opportunity for the older students to storyboard and direct filmed sections of the show. (Permission for filming will be requested)

- Please note our cancellation and amendment policy requires 6 days notice to receive a credit or refund.
- Please note that places are limited and bookings are made on a first-come/first-served basis.
- Shine’s staff are DBS checked, first aid trained and fully insured.
- Your child/children must be signed out at the end of every session.
- Booking is essential. If you aren't booked on the activity by 12.00 on that day, your child will not be on our register and therefore be taken back to the school office. Late bookings after 12.00 can be made by calling 01174 033 033.
