A fun and exciting day of gymnastics skills and cheer

Shine's energising Cheer and Gymnastics workshop will bring out children’s confidence through the learning of both basic cheer and gymnastics skills. The vibrant workshop will be filled with elements of tumbling, dance, partner work, creativity and performance. Children will chant, roll, leap and craft there way through the day with guided support from our passionate coaches. Whether its finding that extra self-confidence or letting out some energy this is the perfect club for children to blossom.
Children from any school are welcome to join us on this activity.
The Shine day finishes at 15:30pm - To extend your day until 4:00pm - simply tick 'Late Pick Up' when you add this activity to your basket.

ESSENTIAL KIT
- Clothing that is appropriate for the chosen activity ie. shorts or leggings, sticky socks
- If your hair length is long please tie it back.
- Water bottle
- Packed lunch, drinks and snacks for the day. Shine endeavours to be a nut free organisation and request no products containing nuts or traces of nuts are brought in their snacks/packed lunches. This includes Nutella, Pesto, Kinder Bueno and anything else containing nuts. We reserve the right to call you and ask to bring alternatives.
Activity Details
A typical Shine Gymnastics Workshop programme consists of a well organised day of gymnastics themed fun games and floor work skills. After a mid-morning break the group will focus on a range of basic apparatus with the aim to promote confidence and develop the participants skills. Children will work with experienced instructors on their core gymnastics skills including;
- Floor Work
- Vaulting
- Beam
- Rebound
Further Information
- Children must already be in school to come to Shine Holiday Clubs, we are not able to accept children who are only starting this September.

- Shine’s professional coaching team are first aid trained, DBS checked and fully insured.
- Your child/children must be signed out at the end of every day.
