Build strength, power, and endurance through functional kettlebell exercises such as swings, squats, and presses. This dynamic class challenges the whole body while improving everyday movement patterns.
Caroline will make you feel welcome and help you to develop and improve your levels of fitness through her varied and fun cardio and strength based classes. Caroline's aim is for everyone to feel they can participate in her classes, no matter what their current level of fitness is. With her friendly, inclusive and supportive approach, and the provision of different exercise variations to suit all abilities, she wants you to finish her class not only feeling like you have had a good workout, that has challenged you and more importantly, that you have enjoyed the class.
Kettlebell Classes are suitable for all abilities and provide you with a cardiovascular and full body resistance workout to help burn calories, strengthen and tone your body as well as help you develop a strong core and improve posture and balance.
