Party Food - Shine is throwing a Party this term in Fun with Food! We are putting some exciting twists on our recipes and giving our children some party food inspiration. Children will explore the fun and creative world of food, trying new things and getting stuck in to mixing, kneading, folding and tasting!
We can't wait to meet the children as they start school this September. Reception children are able to book into After School Club once they have finished their settling in period.
Recipes this term include:
Pretzel Week
Cheese and Tomato Twists
Apple Pie (National Pie Day)
Burns Night – Shortbread
Strawberry Crumble
Pizzas (National Pizza Day)
Children will engage in a range of cookery activities to include food preparation, learning to follow a recipe, weighing and measure and preparing food. All ingredients are provided.

Additional Information
- Please note our cancellation and amendment policy requires 6 days notice to receive a credit or refund.
- Places are limited and are booked on a first come/first served basis.
- Shine’s professional staff are first aid trained, DBS checked and fully insured.
- Your child/children must be signed out at the end of every session.
- Booking is essential. You are able to book online on the day until 2:30pm. If your child is not booked, your child will not be on our register and therefore be taken to the school office. Late bookings after 2.30pm can be made by calling 01174 033 033.
