Coach Tom will be running this daily session to give your lockdown fitness a boost. We welcome men and women to this intensive but sociable (and socially distanced!) Boot Camp, which uses body weight and minimal equipment. This class is bookable weekly, no need to sign up for a series of sessions as we know your plans change, but we expect this class to be in high demand so we advise you book the block of dates if you want a particular day!
The session will satisfy the current COVID-19 Government guidelines of 5 people plus a coach, exercising with social distancing in an outdoors environment. Because of this we will meet by the Sea Walls on the Downs (overlooking Bristol Suspension Bridge) where there is plenty of open space. Any equipment will be cleaned before each session. As the guidelines change, we will adapt and communicate as appropriate.
Due to the small numbers and the planning for the session, this booking is subject to our usual 48 cancellation policy if you need to change or amend your booking, to receive a refund or a credit.
We hope to run this session no matter what the weather! But if Tom cancels the session for any reason, he will text you on the phone number provided on your account before 8.30am and you will receive a credit.
The session will not run with less than 4 people booked on, again he will let you know if I doesn't reach the minimum required.
