Learn a range of popular dance styles in this energetic platform for children of all abilities and experience to express themselves within a dance group during this fun packed, healthy and sociable weekly session. Each term Dance Club will have a new style of dance to enjoy.

Activity Details
Term 5 (After Easter until May Half Term): Style Technique and Artist Focus
This term will focus on exploring and comparing different dance techniques and styles. Students will learn the fundamentals of various dance forms, understand their unique characteristics, and practice combining elements from different styles into new choreography to enhance their versatility and creativity. This term provides the children with the chance to begin choreographing their own routines. In smaller groups, they can choose a song or artist they would like to dance to and choreograph something together.
Term 6 (After May Half Term until the end of July): Summer Showcase
The final term will be dedicated to preparing for a Summer Showcase. Students will work on choreographed routines that highlight the skills and techniques they have learned throughout the year. The showcase will be an opportunity for them to perform in front of parents before the end of the academic year, demonstrating their progress and celebrating their achievements.

- Places are limited and bookings are made on a first-come/first-served basis.
- Shine’s staff are DBS checked, first aid trained and fully insured.
- Your child/children must be signed out at the end of every session.
- Booking is essential. You are able to book online on the day until 2:30pm. If your child is not booked, your child will not be on our register and therefore be taken to the school office. Late bookings after 2.30pm can be made by calling 01174 033 033.
