This Summer Holiday, jump into a world of creativity and play! Children will discover wonderful themed that could lead them through a deep dive for shells, a dino excavation, a bubble of slime, a stary night spot, a tasty creation and an inspiring day to become a planet advocate. Each week, our venues will transform to immerse our Shine children into a different theme and into a new world of creativity.
Jump into these creative worlds with the Shine Creative Clubs
W/c 22nd July will be A Splish and a Splash Under the Sea!
W/c 29th July you will find a Roaring Juristic World Tour!
W/c 5th August come and find A Swinging Jungle Safari!
W/c 12th August come and explore A Space Discovery!
W/c 19th August join us on a Summer Teddybear's Picnic
W/c 26th August Save the Planet and becoming an Eco-Hero!
The Shine day finishes at 3:30pm - You can book your child to stay on at Shine until 5.55pm if you need extended childcare. We have 2 options:
- Late Pick Up until 4:45pm - Add on Late Pick Up when you book. Snacks are not provided but children are welcome to eat any snacks they have with them.
- Snack & Chill from 4:45pm until 5:55pm - Add on Late Pick Up AND Snack & Chill when you book. Snacks are provided in this session. This will generally be a quieter time for children after their long holiday club day.

- Some 'old' clothes!
- We will go outside for part of the day, so please bring a coat if necessary!
- Packed lunch, drinks and snacks for the day. Shine endeavours to be a nut free organisation and request no products containing nuts or traces of nuts are brought in their snacks/packed lunches. This includes Nutella, Pesto, Kinder Bueno and anything else containing nuts. We reserve the right to call you and ask to bring alternatives.

Activity Details
The Shine Creative group will be guided through a day of art choices, Shines experienced, supportive staff who will deliver a series of art based workshops and creative choices. Although many of the activities will be based indoors the Shine team will encourage the boys and girls to move outdoors to get some inspiration from nature and the fresh air when the weather is fair.
Children will get the opportunity to enjoy themselves through a wide range of different activities during the day including:
- Junk Modelling
- Inspiration in Nature
- Seasonal Art Competition
- Free Choice Art
- Building with Lego
- Urban Art
- Fun with food
Please note that the content of a typical Shine Creative day is partially dictated by the weather and the time available. So, whilst we can guarantee that there will be lots of fun and enjoyment each day, we cannot promise any specific activity on any given day.
Further Information
- Children must already be in school to come to Shine Holiday Clubs, we are not able to accept children who are only starting this September.

- Shine’s professional team are first aid trained and DBS checked.
- Your child/children must be signed out at the end of every day.
