Cookery Workshop(Years 3 to 6)
Have fun with food this Half Term!
Southville Primary School (Junior Site)
Calling all budding chefs! At this holiday club children will get the opportunity to cook a variety of sweet and savoury dishes from scratch all whilst improving their practical cookery skills. This workshop will allow them to improve their knowledge of kitchen safety, food hygiene and healthy food. Our menus will be vegetarian and all ingredients and equipment will be provided although we do ask that your child brings containers to to transport their creations home in please.
Children from any school are welcome to join us on this activity.
The menu is:
- Garlic and Cheese Twists – Carrot Shape
- Veggie Cannelloni – Spinach and ricotta
- Easter Nests
You can book your child to stay on at Shine until 5.55pm if you need extended childcare. We have 2 options:
- Late Pick Up until 4:45pm - Add on Late Pick Up when you book. Snacks are not provided but children are welcome to eat any snacks they have with them.
- Snack & Chill from 4:45pm until 5:55pm - Add on Late Pick Up AND Snack & Chill when you book. Snacks are provided in this session. This will generally be a quieter time for children after their long holiday club day.

ESSENTIAL KIT
Shine will provide all the ingredients. The children don't need to bring any ingredients with them to this club - please bring a pot to transport creations home.
Recipes are available on request.
- Some 'old' clothes!
- We will go outside for part of the day, so please bring a coat if necessary!
- Sun cream must be applied before the session if necessary.
- Packed lunch, drinks and snacks for the day. We request that you refrain from sending anything containing nuts to Shine please.
- Water bottle
Additional Information
- Please note our cancellation and amendment policy requires 48 hours to receive a credit or refund.
- Places are limited and bookings are made on a first-come/first-served basis.
- Your child/children must be signed out at the end of every session.
- This Holiday Club takes place at Southville Primary School (Junior Site), Myrtle St, Southville, Bristol, BS3 1JG.
