Circuits is a fast‑moving, full‑body workout that takes you through a series of high‑energy stations designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and boost endurance. Each station targets different muscle groups using a mix of bodyweight exercises, functional equipment, and conditioning drills. Caroline guides you through the session with clear coaching, ensuring challenge and progress for every fitness level.

Whether you’re looking to get stronger, fitter, or simply shake up your routine, this varied and engaging session keeps you motivated from start to finish.
