Activity Details
ShineTots Multi-Sports sessions take place in the friendly ans safe surroundings of Shine Community Sports Hall and is the ideal introduction to a range of different team sports and healthy exercises that are suitable for boys and girls of pre-school age. Children are introduced to the basic skills found in activities such as;
- Athletics (running and jumping)
- Gymnastics
- Outdoor Adventures
- Cricket
- Football
- Rugby
With the support and guidance of Shine's experienced, qualified coaching tea,m, participants will also develop their key physical skills of

- Co-ordination
