Shines DanceFit Mashup is a series of aerobic dance workouts using music and movement combos from different upbeat and fun themes each week. The session will start with a steady introduction to each style, building into movement combos and closing with a fun finishing routine. This upbeat session will be a great calorie burner whilst enjoying music from all era's and parts of the world!

Bollywood Bangers - Moving and grooving to the beats of Bollywood and Bhangra!
Caribbean Carnival - ‘Wine ya waistline away’ in fun sunshine party vibes sweating it out to the sounds of Soca from Trinidad and Tobago!
90’s Club Night - Get your glow sticks out! Rave away to classic 90’s trance and dance tunes!
Moves From The Movies - Moves and music from all the classics!
Ragga-erobics! - Rocking to the rhythmic raving vibes of reggae, jungle and ragga drum and bass!
80’s Night - Proper 80s workout, leg warmers essential!

Child Supervision
Shine are very child friendly and you are welcome to bring your children along at no extra charge. Shine Staff will provide an area in the Sports Hall where we will run some activities to keep them entertained! However we do understand that some children would rather be close to their mum and have no problem if they are joining in with the class.
Please be aware that your children remain your responsibility at all times.
